If you’ve been told you have high blood pressure, or if you’re at risk for developing this condition, please join Dr. Joel Lazar and Health Coach Tyler Hanna for an informative and interactive group discussion.  We’ll discuss the significance of blood pressure elevations and hypertension, and how these conditions impact your body and health.  We'll also explore self-care strategies around healthy exercise and diet, medication management, and more, with a focus on your specific questions in these domains.  In our group discussion you can also hear what strategies have worked well for others, so you can optimize your blood pressure management, or reduce your risk of progressing to full blown hypertension.

Workshops are free and open to all benefits-eligible Dartmouth College employees and their adult family members.
