Does your "to do" list often feel out of control?  If you're like most people, staying on top of everything can present a challenge that causes stress.  This workshop is a series of 5 short sessions brought to you by Director of the Project Management Office, John Steidl and Director of Training & Development, Lorin Parker of Dartmouth College. We will explore a simple process for staying in control and helping you customize concepts that work. Learn to reduce stress by being and feeling more in control! Commitment to attend all sessions is requested. Limited to the first 40 respondents. Series Dates:
