"Chinese Classics Inscribed on Bamboo Slips: The Tsinghua Bamboo Manuscripts and Early Chinese Civilization," a series of posters on display on Berry Main Street until Sept. 6, highlights the bamboo manuscripts collected by Tsinghua University. The majority of the manuscripts are texts that had been lost for over two thousand years.

Selected manuscripts are the focus of the Dartmouth-Tsinghua International Conference on the Tsinghua Bamboo-slip Manuscripts and the Project for Calligraphy and Manuscript Culture at Dartmouth. The posters are on display in conjunction with the exhibition "Chinese Calligraphy and Manuscript Art" on display in Baker Library Main Hall from Aug. 30-Dec. 23.
