Are you looking for innovative strategies to make exercise fit into YOUR life? In this workshop led by Dartmouth Health Coach, David Peckinpaugh, and Carolyn Hooper Goetinck,Daily Operations Manager of Zimmerman Fitness Center, you will learn new ideas to help you "think outside the box" and you will develop a plan that is just right for YOU!  The workshop will be a combination of experiential and informational learning. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended, although not required. Discussion will center around your current exercise level, your individual goals, and how to implement a program that is just right for YOU!
