The 21-Day Challenge February 2- February 22
In the past, participants set personal goals relating to active lifestyle, community connection, productivity and learning, relationships and social wellbeing, healthy eating, reflection, mindfulness, sustainability, unplugging from technology, and more. What will you do in 2015? Keep your goal/resolution/intention to yourself or share with a buddy, team, professor, office, etc for support and accountability.
