Participants set personal goals relating to active lifestyle, community connection, productivity and learning, relationships and social wellbeing, healthy eating, reflection, mindfulness, sustainability, unplugging from technology, and more. What will you do in 2015?  Keep your goal/resolution/intention to yourself or share with a buddy, team, professor, office, etc for support and accountability.

If you aren't sure about your goal by February 2 - Join DOP for a special session on Workshopping Your Goal at 5:30 pm.  Daily tracking calendars will be available on campus throughout the week and in the Wellness Suite on 3rd Floor Robo.
