Upper Valley Serves 5k/10k hosted by Tuck's Armed Forces Alumni Association
5K/10K run to benefit Project VetCare, a local charity organization supporting veterans in the Upper Valley. Event is being hosted by the Tuck Armed Forces Alumni Association.
WHO: The Tuck Armed Forces Alumni Association and Project VetCare are partnering to host this annual 5k/10k race! Project VetCare is a Hanover-based nonprofit that provides many services to local veterans in the Upper Valley. Proceeds will go to funding Project VetCare with an emphasis on emergency relief and service efforts. In the last year alone, Project VetCare has helped 13 homeless veterans in the Upper Valley transition to permanent housing and has assisted more than 200 veterans filing for benefits.
WHAT: This fun-filled event will feature a 5K and 10K walk/run, a live DJ, and BBQ at the finish area.
Registration fees also include a T-shirt for the first 300 entrants, so register early!
Regular registration: $35;
Day of race: $40;
Veterans of all nations: $20

WHEN: Both 5K and 10K races will begin promptly at 9AM on Saturday May 9th.
WHERE: Races will start and end in front of Tuck Hall in Hanover, NH.
