Orson Welles's life was magical: a musical prodigy at age 10, a director of Shakespeare at 14, a painter at 16, a star of stage and radio at 20, romances with such beauties as Rita Hayworth. At 25 he made the astonishing Citizen Kane but still had to take acting gigs to finance future projects. With scenes from almost every existing Welles film as well as rarely seen clips from his final unfinished works, Magician looks at the remarkable genius on the centenary of his birth.  D: Chuck Workman, US, 2014, 94m
