Pianist Gregory Hayes, violist Marcia Cassidy and cellist John Dunlop, all Dartmouth faculty, are joined by Vermont-based chamber musicians Kathy Andrew on violin and Paul Horak on bass for two marvels for this five-instrument combination: Vaughan Williams’ early and almost symphonic Quintet in C minor and Schubert’s familiar and beloved “Trout” Quintet in A major, D. 667.
