During the Winter '15 and Spring '15 terms, the Jones Media Center underwent an extensive renovation designed to create a more spacious and vibrant teaching and learning media center. The “new” Jones Media Center features:

• More than double the seating capacity
• A mix of casual, semi-private, and collaborative workspaces
• Quiet recording rooms
• Increased digital signage
• A comfortable viewing/gaming "Living Room”
• A Tech Bar for specialized support services
• and, The Innovation Studio – a flexible, teaching, presentation, and light-duty black-box studio.

We hope that you will drop by from 12-3 on Friday, September 25, to see how the JMC has changed and learn more about what the renovated space offers faculty, staff and students for teaching and learning with media. Jeff Horrell, Dean of Libraries and Librarian of the College will offer remarks at 12:15.
