D-LAB will train you in facilitation skills and provide you with the curriculum to discuss living in line with personal values at Dartmouth. You and a co-facilitator will lead freshmen in their first winter term through six sessions of reflection and discussion to understand their place as members of the Dartmouth community.
Your involvement will include the following:
- Fall Term: six 2-hour training sessions (with dinner before) that will prepare you as a team to lead discussions.
- Winter Term: you will facilitate six 1.5 hour sessions (with dinner before) for first-year students.
