AFNI Workshop: December 11-15, 2023

The Center for Cognitive Neuroscience and the Dartmouth Brain Imaging Center hosted an AFNI Bootcamp the week of December 11. AFNI Core Director (Paul Taylor) and his team (Gang Chen and Rick Reynolds) led the workshop. Topics ranged from hands-on AFNI basics to more advanced topics such as mixed effects models, functional and structural connectivity, etc. The sessions ranfrom 9am-5pm each day.
