- Principle of Community
- Unified Disciplinary Procedures for Sexual Assault by Students and Student Organizations, and
- Disciplinary Procedures for Sexual Harassment, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking
Dartmouth abides by all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to New Hampshire state law on
- Sexual assault and other offenses, and
- Domestic violence (which includes dating and intimate partner violence)
We know that the majority of individuals reading this website do not intend to harm others. However, if your behavior does not fall under the definition of consent, you may be held accountable by the other person in the situation, the community, the College, and the criminal justice system.
