The ICE launching conference, The Sciences, The Humanities, The Future, will bring to the Dartmouth campus leading scientists, humanists, and public intellectuals working on fundamental questions at the forefront of cross-disciplinary research. Presentations will include topics such as the nature of free will, the multiverse, the search for meaning through the arts and the sciences, the possibility of alien life, and the future relationship between the sciences and the humanities. The conference is free and open to the public.
