Alice Ruth '83
Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Office
Alice joined the DCIO in 2017 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Dartmouth, she was Chief Investment Officer for Willett Advisors, the investment adviser for the family office and the family foundation of former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg. Prior to Willett, she was Chief Investment Officer for the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation. Prior to Moore, she spent 12 years at Montgomery Securities as a senior managing director and co-director of equity research. She started her career at Morgan Stanley as an economic analyst focused primarily on Federal Reserve and monetary policy after graduating from Dartmouth with an AB degree in economics.
Alice is a trustee of the U.S. Ski Team Foundation and serves on the Deerfield Academy investment committee.
