Warren: "It was very crowded [at Dartmouth].  I don't know how many students were on campus but we doubled up in rooms and it was obviously a situation they had to cope with where they had to respond to all of the people who had matriculated earlier, had gone into the service and wanted to come back, and also keep a reasonable level of ordinary freshmen coming in."
