Joshua Grubman, Associate General Counsel

Joshua Grubman joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2022.  Before coming to Dartmouth, he served as Associate General Counsel at Rhode Island School of Design and as General Counsel at Mount Ida College. His practice focuses on regulatory issues, student affairs, policy development, employment, operational matters, and data privacy protection.  Before entering higher education, Joshua practiced in private law firms handling issues pertaining to post-secondary education, regulatory compliance, litigation, and government relations.  

He received his B.A. in Sociology from Bates College and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
