Jessica Nylund,  Associate Vice President of Real Estate and Special Counsel

Jessica Nylund serves as Associate Vice President of Real Estate and Special Counsel to Campus Services at Dartmouth College. Jessica oversees Dartmouth’s Real Estate Office and Campus Services’ Special Projects divisions, where she supervises the College’s real estate specialists who support her in the development and administration of Dartmouth’s strategic direction for its real estate portfolio to ensure alignment with Dartmouth’s mission and goals.  In her role as Special Counsel for Campus Services, Jessica serves in a leadership role as a legal advisor, through the Office of the General Counsel, for Dartmouth’s Campus Services Division where she provides advice on a variety of areas, including business transactions, real estate transactions, land use, construction, and environmental matters. Prior to joining Dartmouth, Jessica was a Director at McLane Middleton, P.A. in Manchester, New Hampshire. 

Jessica received her B.A. in Biology and minor in Government from Dartmouth College and her J.D. from George Washington School of Law.
