Amy Piccola, Interim Associate General Counsel

Amy Piccola joined the Office of the General Counsel on an interim basis in 2021. Amy has spent her career representing institutions of higher education. She focuses on a broad range of regulatory and litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on student affairs, civil rights (including Title IX), Clery Act compliance, governance, and employment matters.

Amy received her B.A. in History and Communications from Muhlenberg College and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
