A member of the Thayer School's Board of Overseers, Elizabeth Lempres serves as a director at McKinsey & Company and is the global leader of McKinsey's consumer sector.

IN HER OWN WORDS 

"As a woman in a predominantly male undergraduate student body and one of the few women in my engineering classes, I learned (without even realizing it) how to work with, debate, and lead in the kind of male environment I would later encounter in business. That experience, combined with the problem solving skills I gained at Thayer, laid the foundation for my business career."

MAKING A MARK

Lempres is a dedicated board member for a number of non-profit organizations and educational institutions around New England, including the Visiting Committee of the Board of Overseers at Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar.
