Motroni moved from Havana, Cuba to New York City at the age of 13. After 37 years at the Xerox Corporation, he retired as the senior vice president, chief staff officer, and chief ethics officer of the company.
GAMECHANGERThroughout his career and personal life, Motroni has promoted equality and created opportunities for numerous minority groups. He was a champion of affinity groups at Xerox and has served on the boards of numerous organizations that provide educational opportunities for minority children.
IN HIS OWN WORDSMotroni arrived at Dartmouth having never visited campus before. Recalling his arrival, he said, "I felt like I had won the lottery." |
