Whitney L. Henry

The Vice President of Finance and Administration leads Dartmouth's Financial Planning and Budget, Procurement Services, and Treasury Management. This position has oversight over Dartmouth financial forecasting, budgeting and planning, debt portfolio and the internal capital leading program, operating cash management, and oversight of liquidity and working capital.
Whitney joined Dartmouth in early 2023 as the Assistant Vice President of Finance
and Treasury. In 2024, Whitney became Vice President of Finance and Administration.
Whitney has extensive experience in the financial and higher education sectors, having worked in these fields for almost two decades. Prior to joining Dartmouth, Whitney has served as a Senior Director at Huron Consulting, where she managed complex financial management and strategy projects for several higher education institutions including Duke, Johns Hopkins, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Minnesota. Prior to her time in consulting, Whitney held leadership positions at Princeton University and the University of Texas System, where she led and supported the debt, treasury, and capital activities.
