Richard Swaby

Richard Swaby is the Internal Audit Manager responsible for leading internal audits, other engagements, and partnering with staff members at Dartmouth. Richard joined Dartmouth in 2023, transitioning from external consulting to internal audit. 

Prior to Dartmouth, Richard held external and internal audit roles with exposure to different industrial sectors. His two most recent experiences were as a manager with consulting firm The Siegfried Group and as an Audit Senior with PwC, complemented by a foundation that includes 7+ years in internal audit experience where he had exposure to different organizations and cultures, and customer-facing environments.
