Location & Directions

The Life Sciences Greenhouse and Brout Orchid Collection are located on the 4th floor of the Life Sciences Center at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.

The Class of 1978 Life Sciences building is at the corner of College Street (Route 10) and North Park Street (terminus of Route 120).

The Life Sciences Center is in an "L" shape.  The elevator leading to the 4th floor greenhouse is at the bend of the "L".  There is a rear elevator that doesn't come to the public area of the greenhouse.

Directions

• From Interstate 91, take exit 13, bear east into Hanover, turn left at the Green onto College Street.  The greenhouse is on the left at the first light on College Street.  The facility is clearly visible on the roof of the building.  Turn left at the light to enter into the parking lot.
• From Interstate 89, take exit 18 onto Route 120, drive north into Hanover (4.6 miles).  At the corner of Route 120 and Route 10, go straight through the light into the parking area.  The Life Sciences Center is on the left.

Parking

Parking is located on the north side of the building in the G parking lot.  The lot is behind the building off of Lyme Rd. (Route 10) and North Park St (Route 120).  Look for the lime green parking stripes and ParkMobile signs, which indicate the visitor parking section.

You may pay using the ParkMobile phone app, or if you don't have a Smartphone, you may call 877-727-5010 and pay by phone. Please feel free to park and use the Greenhouse telephone to make your call. You will need the Zone # you are parking in, as well as your license plate number.

The facility is wheelchair accessible. Handicapped parking spaces are in the front of the building in the bus circle.
