Policy

Staff all participated in the development of multiple policy changes in response to the Global Health Pandemic. Many of these required significant process and technical adjustments.

Registrar Braz researched and/or developed the policies (unrelated to the Global Health Crisis) that follow, with partners indicated:

• DRAFT changes to major declaration process
• Partner – Committee on Instruction
• Chosen Name Policy issues
• Partners – Name and Identity Policy Group; Sam Cavallaro and ITC Team (Information Technology Consulting); institutional stakeholders; General Counsel
• Ongoing modifications based on student use and feedback
• Coordination with Student Accessibility Services to support ADA requirements
• Partners – Eric Parsons, Student Accessibility Services
• Sexual Misconduct Policy – reviewed and provided suggestions regarding notations on the academic Transcript
• Partners – Committee on Instruction; Student Presidential Committee on Sexual Assault (SPCSA), Andrew Ager
• Passed by the Committee of Chairs
