Data and Reporting Services

The Registrar's Office supports multiple reporting and research initiatives within the School of Arts & Sciences, providing data as needed to include historical academic records, enrollment data, and other student data. The office also provides many regularly scheduled reports, ensuring compliance with both federal laws and Dartmouth policies and guidelines as they pertain to confidentiality of student data.

The Office does not provide data to students or to those who are not Arts and Sciences Faculty members. This includes any lists of student names. Data requests that span multiple departments (academic or administrative), or that require data from sources outside the Registrar's Office are assessed through the Data Governance process.
