DCARS Guide - Faculty and Admin Users

Log into DCARS by going to your Faculty and Advisor Menu or Administrator Menu on BannerStudent for Faculty and selecting the DCARS (Dartmouth Course Approval and Routing System) menu item. You can also access the DCARS dashboard by clicking the link provided in DCARS e-mail notifications sent at each step of the course approval routing process.   

Faculty members (or their Administrator, on behalf of the faculty member) enter information for new course proposals, or may modify existing course information to seek approval to update a course. All approved proposals will become available in the ORC New Course Supplement (new courses only), course Timetables, and department/program websites.

Overview of the DCARS Dashboard
