Spring term grades will appear on transcripts on Friday, June 14th. See the Grading and Transcript schedule for more information. You may preorder your transcript and select the ‘Hold for Grades/Degree’ option, which will ensure that your transcript request will be processed after spring term grades and degrees are finalized. |
Official and unofficial transcripts will be unavailable for current students beginning at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 6th while grades and records are updated for 2024 spring graduates. Transcript availability will resume by 10:00 PM. |

The D-Plan Application will be temporarily offline February 6th, from 8 AM to 2 PM, as the application is enhanced to include the option to submit D-Plan petitions online. The final day for electing the use of the Non-Recording Option (NRO) for 2022 fall term has been extended to October 10, 2022. Students are encouraged to read the full NRO policy in the ORC/Catalog prior to electing the NRO. |
Day of Caring, October 21, 2022. Classes and other regularly scheduled activities are suspended. The Registrar's Office is closed with limited remote services. |

The Registrar's Office closes for the holiday break December 18 at 4:30 p.m. (EST). Normal business hours resume January 4. |
All 2020 fall instruction will be graded in accordance with typical grading policies as outlined in the ORC/Catalog. This includes the Non-Recording Option, which will no longer count for majors. |
The final exam period occurs November 30 through December 4. No undergraduate may be allowed or required to take any final examination prior to the start of the examination period. |

Expected graduates: review your DartWorks Degree Audit to verify all requirements will be complete at the end of spring term. The audit monitors progress toward completion of degree as well as select major requirements. Any questions in regard to major requirements should be directed to the department/program offering the major. Make sure your Physical Education requirements are complete, including the swim test, and contact the PE department if you note any discrepancy. |

Fall 2018 |
Fall term the COI has added two Saturday "special day of classes" to avoid the term start on a major religious holiday, Rosh Hashanah. (The College opened with this schedule one time before, in 2015, also to avoid a term start on a major religious holiday.) Whether a Professor uses those days is up to the Professor since there are X-hours which can be used to supplement regularly scheduled class hours. |
