The DartWorks Degree Audit is where students and advisors may view and track progress toward completion of degree requirements. This includes the writing, first-year seminar, foreign language, and general education requirements.
Most major requirements are included in the DartWorks Degree Audit. A list of those majors which are not included are listed on the Degree Audit Unsupported Majors page.
Some minor requirements are also available. See the Degree Audit Supported Minors page for a complete list of available minors
The degree audit is broken into different sections. These sections may be expanded or collapsed by clicking the arrow in the top right of each block. Each block contains a COMPLETE or INCOMPLETE or IN-PROGRESS marker including the degree block which only displays as complete upon completion of all the requirements. All blocks that display courses include columns that display: course title, grade, credit applied, and term during which the course was taken.

The header displays information on officially declared major, class year, and progress toward degree completion.
A. Degree type indicated here.
B. Progress toward requirement completion indicated as a percentage.
C. Progress toward credit completion indicated as a percentage. 35 credits are needed to graduate.
The legend at the bottom of the page defines symbols you may see in your degree audit.
A. Green check marks within a circle indicates that a requirement is satisfied.
B. A blue circle half-filled indicates that an in-progress class, if successfully completed, will satisfy the requirement.
C. The @ symbol is a wildcard and indicates any course number.
D. A red circle indicates that a requirement is not satisfied.
E. A yellow exclamation mark within a circle indicates that a requirement is nearly complete. See your advisor for more information.
F. An R within parenthesis indicates a repeated class.
The degree section displays a summary of the blocks that follow and whether they are complete. Included here are the number of credits required for your degree (35) and the credits applied so far. Applied credits includes credits completed and in-progress.
A. The red, “Incomplete,” tag indicates the requirements for the Degree are not satisfied. The tag changes to a green and displays, “Complete,” when the Degree requirements are satisfied.
B. Catalog year lists the publication year of the ORC/Catalog which includes the degree requirements used in this audit report. Students are subject to the requirements listed in the ORC/Catalog in the year they matriculate.
C. Incomplete requirements display the text, “Still needed” followed by a link to that requirement section which contains more detail.
This block provides details about pre-matriculation credits and exemptions awarded. Pre-matriculation credits not count toward the number of credits (35) required for graduation however, these credits appear on the academic transcript. See the guide on Pre-Matriculation Credit for more information.
This block contains information on specific courses that are required for graduation. The ORC/Catalog contains information on the English/Writing, First-year seminar, and foreign language requirements.
This block contains information on the physical education requirement. See the ORC/Catalog for information on the physical education requirement. Contact the physical education department if you have questions on this section.

This block contains information on requirements specific to your major. Unmet conditions to this set of requirements indicates what is still needed to complete the requirements in the block. If you have questions on requirements specific to your major, contact your advisor or department/program.
This block contains information on courses which do not apply to requirements listed in other blocks.
This block contains information on courses in progress.
