Proposal Submission
Sponsored research implies a certain level of commitment of College resources to a project. Primarily for that reason, the Council on Sponsored Activities has requested that all investigators file a complete copy of proposals, excluding appendices, submitted to external funding agencies with the Office of Sponsored Projects.
Electronic Submission of Proposals
All proposals for external funding must be recorded, routed and approved through RAPPORT, Dartmouth's on-line proposal and award system. RAPPORT works in concert with the Dartmouth on-line Conflict of Interest system which serves to comply with Federal and Institutional regulations regarding the Conflict of Interest policy.
