Facilities Customer Service Center
Facilities Customer Service Center guides students, faculty and staff through the service request process, providing high-quality customer service from start to finish. It's a one-stop shop for all service requests handled by employees in Facilities, Residential Operations, and Real Estate. We also handle reports of work-day facility emergencies and building access requests.
Requesting a Non-Emergency Service
Service requests are completed through the Planon system.
Key and Access Requests
Submit a Key Request Form for both a physical key or electronic access to buildings or rooms.
Requesting an Event
Conferences and Events employees provide expert advice to plan and conduct any size event.
- Event requests are handled through the Conferences & Events Office
- Requests in Tuck facilities are handled by the Tuck Events & Facilities Office
Contacting Facilties Customer Service Center
Our core business hours are 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Phones are covered after hours and on weekends, and your request will be dispatched to our Troubleshooters team for emergencies.
