Mindfulness & Meditation
The positive effects of meditation and mindfulness has shown, by over two decades of research, to help with stress reduction, restful sleep, increases in focus and concentration, decreases in anxiety and depression, enhancement of emotional intelligence and resiliency, reduction in rumination (constant worrying over something), improvement of memory, and enhancement of communication and relationship skills.
Dartmouth offers a variety of mindfulness and meditation opportunities.
