Mindful May, as part of Mental Health Action Month, includes a variety of events, activities, and resources to explore how mindfulness can support feelings of connection, belonging, and wellbeing. From in-person practices to educational webinars, to mindful campus walks, to deepening your understanding of social change topics through our Friday learning/practice series, we hope this month provides a variety of opportunities to explore ways to support your mental wellbeing.
