Dartmouth College supports healthcare professionals' recommendations that we remain active to improve/maintain our health during these unusual times.While we cannot offer in-person classes to you at this time, we hope these virtual fitness classes will help you maintain your physical routine and help you thrive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THESE VIRTUAL CLASSES, YOU AFFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE. FURTHER, YOU ARE ASSUMING CERTAIN RISKS AND WAIVING CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO BRING A LAWSUIT TO RECOVER DAMAGES. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS OF USE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND GENERAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF RIGHT TO SUE

In consideration of my participation in the virtual fitness classes offered through Wellness at Dartmouth, I agree; 1) to adhere to applicable rules, regulations and policies of Dartmouth; 2) to exercise reasonable care and good judgment in participating in the program; and 3) that I am physically able to participate in the virtual fitness class and know of no medical reason which would prevent my participation in this program.

I acknowledge that fitness activities have inherent risk of injury (sprains, strains, fractures, cognitive impairment, even death) and as a participant I assume all risk of injury. Dartmouth, its agents and employees are not responsible for injuries sustained during my participation in the virtual fitness classes offered through Wellness at Dartmouth. Dartmouth, its agents and employees are not responsible for injuries sustained during my participation in this program.

I assume the risk of all injury and property loss as a result of my participation in the virtual fitness classes offered by Wellness at Dartmouth, and do hereby RELEASE the Trustees of Dartmouth College, its agents and employees, on behalf of myself, my executors and assigns, from any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to my participation in this virtual fitness class offered by Dartmouth College.

Take a lunch break with Certified Fitness Instructor, Kara Maville, as she brings you through a routine that will work your entire body right in the comfort of your own homem and under 30-minutes. An at-home workout is more accessible than you might think!  Kara will lead an efficient, convenient exercise routine that will work your entire body and requires no equipment.
