Your HR Business Partner serves as your primary point of contact for:

• HR policy questions, including questions about time-off policies

• Staff recruiting, hiring, and onboarding

• Staff performance management and the Annual Performance Plan and Evaluation Process

• Employee recognition and retention programs and activities

• Employee relations and engagement

• Staffing plans and team development

• HR data management, including job descriptions and compensation
