New Employee Orientation

Welcome to Dartmouth! We're happy you are here.

Our New Employee Orientation (NEO) program is designed to ensure you have key and timely information, providing a smooth transition into the Dartmouth community and your new role. New Employee Orientation will include information about employee resources, health benefits, retirement benefits, wellness, vacation time, personal time, and learn more from campus partners about Dartmouth policies and programs. There are two options for attending NEO. You will recieve the same information regardless of which modality you choose which means you only need to attend one of them.

• Live Zoom session: This session runs from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., on predetermined dates. Please use the link below to sign up for a session which occurs after your first day of employment. You will receive a calendar invite the Thursday before your scheduled orientation which will include a link for joining.

• Self-paced online session: This option provides New Employee Orientation content, resources, and contact information, through pre-recorded video presentations that you can watch at your convenience. If you have questions, contact information will be provided for each presentation.
