FISCAL YEAR 2025 ANNUAL INCREASE PROGRAM

The FY 2025 annual increase program applies to non-union staff members. Employees not included in this annual increase program include faculty members, whose compensation is addressed through deans' offices in the various schools; members of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU Local 560) and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE Local 919), whose wage increases are addressed as part of collective bargaining processes; temporary employees; and staff who are on a formal performance improvement plan (PIP).

For this year’s program, a 3.0% increase pool has been established at the institutional level. Individual divisions or schools may establish a different increase pool, which will be communicated to employees by their division/school leadership. Increases will take effect on June 30, 2024, for eligible hourly staff members, and July 1, 2024, for eligible salaried staff members.

Pay increases will vary depending on a number of factors, including the funds available in the pool to distribute among those who are eligible and each staff member’s contribution, job performance, and goals and objectives they have met in the previous year.
