I-9 Form - Employment Verification
By federal law, all employers must verify the employment eligibility and identity of each person hired, including U.S. citizens. Therefore, every employee who has accepted an offer to work for Dartmouth College must complete and sign Section One of Form I-9 no later than the first day of employment.
Federal W-4 Form, Direct Deposit, and Paperless Payslips (Go Green!)
To fill out the W-4 form, enter direct deposit information, and opt to go paperless and receive payslips and W-2 tax forms online, visit Employee Self Service and log in using your Dartmouth credentials.
- W-4 Information: Modify your Federal W-4 tax withholding information. Please note, if you are a Vermont resident, you must fill out the Vermont W-4 paperwork in person with Human Resources or the Payroll Office.
- Direct Deposit: Set up your check to be deposited directly into your personal US bank account.
- Go Paperless: Stop receiving paper in your Hinman Box. Select "No" under "Paper" for each option
