Kronos Timekeeping experience has been updated!
Accurate time reporting and payment is essential for Dartmouth, and this upgrade is another step forward in ensuring efficiency and compliance. The upgraded Kronos environment, powered by UKG, a global leader in HR, Payroll and workforce management, gives us one integrated timekeeping system that is:

What is Kronos?
Kronos is the time and attendance system used by Dartmouth for capturing hours worked and recording paid time off (PTO) balances (vacation, personal, holiday, winter break, etc.) to ensure all Dartmouth hourly-paid (non-exempt) employees are accurately paid.
What you need to know?
- How you access Kronos did not changing: Kronos.Dartmouth.edu
- We redirected the cloud environment to same URL
- All time for October 6th – future is in cloud environment
- New URL for "Old" (on-prem) Kronos: Kronos-Hist.Dartmouth.edu
- All time prior to October 5th is in “old” environment

What changed?
For employees who manually enter their hours worked and PTO, the upgraded Kronos offers the same functionality and features, with a customizable
dashboard. Additionally, when the employee records their final hours in the Kronos
Timekeeping System, they are required to approve and attest that the time reported is accurate. - For employees using a timeclock, there will be virtually no change.
Supervisors and managers who currently access Kronos, the upgraded Kronos environment provides a customizable dashboard, notifications and
other enhanced functionality for reviewing and approving time. - For supervisors and managers who do not currently access Kronos, the upgraded system will provide enhanced time detail reports directly to their email.
