The Employee End of Employment Checklist provides employees leaving Dartmouth items that need to be completed by the employee prior to their final day of work.

📌Former Dartmouth employees no longer have access to Employee Self-Service. Your 2025 W-2 will be mailed to your mailing address by the IRS deadline of February 2, 2026. For questions or copies of payslips or prior-year W-2s, please contact Dartmouth Payroll at Dartmouth.Payroll@dartmouth.edu.
