Online Payments
Online Payment Portal (account number and email address required for initial set-up)
You may use the “Pay Bill” button to make an electronic payment. The online payment system is the preferred method of payment.
- ACH (checking or savings account) – No Fee
- Credit Card Payments – fee of 2.65% of the payment being made
- Debit Card Payments – fee of 1.45% of the payment being made
You can set-up Automatic Payments (AutoPay) by creating a profile. Once a profile is created, you will also be able to see a payment history of online payments only.

Returned Payment Charge
In those instances where a personal check or an online payment is not honored, a charge of twenty-five dollars ($25) will be assessed. If the returned check or rejected online payment was the means of meeting an amount due, the deadline will not be considered met, and the appropriate penalties relating to failure to meet the deadline may be assessed.
